Custodian - Part time

The ideal candidate should have custodial and maintenance skills and the ability to work with a minimum of direct supervision. He/she must have a positive attitude and a "can-do" approach to problem solving and the ability to respond positively to directives. Prior experience working in a school or other similar commercial institution is preferred. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, cleaning bathrooms, washing windows, emptying trash receptacles, problem-solving issues as they arise. Must be available to work late afternoons and early evenings.
