Janitorial Cleaner (
Multi-Site:
Office, Bar & Dog Park)
Position Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Cleaner to maintain a high standard of cleanliness across three unique environments: a professional office space, a lively bar and dog park. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, organized, and committed to creating clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for employees, patrons, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Office:
Clean and sanitize workspaces, desks, and meeting rooms. Dust, vacuum, mop, and remove trash and recycling daily. Clean and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Ensure entryways, lobbies, and hallways are tidy and professional.
Bar:
Maintain cleanliness of bar counters, tables, seating areas, and restrooms. Sweep and mop floors, especially high-traffic areas. Collect and properly dispose of trash, recyclables, and glassware waste. Sanitize high-touch surfaces, including door handles, railings, and bar tops. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards for food and beverage spaces.
Dog Park:
Empty and replace waste bags and receptacles regularly. Sweep, hose down, or pressure-wash surfaces as needed. Remove litter, debris, and pet waste from play areas and paths. Maintain seating areas, gates, and water stations in a clean and functional condition. Monitor and report any facility repair or maintenance needs (e.g., fencing, lighting, fixtures).
General Duties:
Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules across all assigned areas. Safely operate and maintain cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies. Use protective gear and cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines. Report inventory needs, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly. Travel between assigned sites as scheduled.
Qualifications:
Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, especially in multi-site settings. Ability to adapt cleaning methods to different environments. Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning products and equipment. Strong time management skills and ability to work independently. Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods. Willingness to work evenings or weekends if required.
Work Environment:
Professional office space, hospitality/bar setting, and indoor dog park facility. Exposure to cleaning chemicals, and pet waste. Protective equipment provided.
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time. Wednesday-Sunday Availability (Nights Required) Competitive salary based on experience. Benefits include discounts, health insurance reimbursement, and paid time off.
