This role involves professional power washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning and exterior surface cleaning for residential and commercial properties. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a reliable team, this is a great opportunity. No prior pressure washing experience is required — we provide training. Responsibilities Operate professional pressure washing, window cleaning and soft wash equipment Clean building exteriors, sidewalks, decks, driveways, and other surfaces Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment Maintain equipment and company vehicles Follow safety and quality standards on every job Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently Requirements Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and remain physically active throughout the day Valid driver's license preferred (not always required) Reliable transportation to job sites Positive attitude and strong work ethic Preferred Experience (Not Required) Pressure washing or power washing Landscaping or property maintenance Construction labor Exterior cleaning or commercial cleaning Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay + overtime opportunities Paid training Advancement opportunities to Crew Lead / Supervisor Health & Dental Insurance offered after 90-day probationary period Scaling PTO based on tenure
