Green Mop Cleaning Services is hiring part-time cleaners for residential and small commercial cleaning in Massachusetts. Must-Have Requirements Have morning availability. You do not need to be available every morning, but you must be able to work morning shifts. Have a valid driver's license. Have a reliable personal vehicle. Be able to drive between job locations during the workday. Be able to pass a background check. Be able to speak and understand enough English to communicate with clients, read job notes, follow cleaning instructions, and work safely with the team. Be dependable, punctual, and ready to work. What You'll Do Clean homes and small commercial spaces. Work solo or with another cleaner. Use eco-friendly products and professional cleaning systems. Drive between job locations. Follow client notes, checklists, and company standards. No professional cleaning experience is required. We provide paid training. Schedule Part-time position. Morning availability required. Specific days may vary based on your availability and our schedule. Pay & Benefits $17/hour starting pay during training. $18/hour when hired. $20/hour within the first 90 days (If you already have cleaning experience, we may start you at $20/hour) Opportunity to grow up to $26/hour through our raise and performance system.
