Position:

Janitorial/Cleaning attendant Hourly/Part-time/Per diem

Job Description:

Clean function halls, hallways, kitchens, restrooms, gymnasium, offices, and all other facilities.

Includes duties such as:

vacuuming, emptying trash, wiping down and dusting all surfaces, emptying ash urns, cleaning windows and glass, moping and sweeping floors, cleaning and disinfecting toilets, sinks, etc. Cleans ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and stove tops. Work alone/or in a team environment efficiently. Notifies management of any problems, repairs needed, or unusual conditions that arise within the facility. Reports any lost and found items to management. Assist in training as needed. Assist in other aspects of cleaning for business needs. Performs other job related duties as assigned. Notifies management of necessary supplies, cleaning, paper products, trash bags etc. Completes all applicable paperwork. Properly uses and maintains equipment by emptying vacuums with each use, properly handling barrels, brooms, and all other applicable equipment and supplies.

Job Requirements:

Working knowledge of all cleaning procedures, equipment, and supplies. Excellent customer service skills. Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts. Professional appearance and demeanor. Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, evenings. Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.

Preferred Qualifications:
