About Sparkling Emerald Cleaning Sparkling Emerald Cleaning is a growing residential cleaning company built on a simple promise: every client comes home to a space that feels genuinely cared for. We hold ourselves to a high standard and we take pride in the quality and consistency of our work. We are expanding our team and building out a formal training program to match. This is a great opportunity for an experienced cleaner who takes pride in their craft and wants to grow into a leadership role. The Role We are looking for an experienced, high-quality cleaner who will carry their own book of clients while also serving as the standard-bearer for how new hires are trained. You will be the first person new cleaners learn from, and your job is to make sure they are client-ready before they ever walk into a home alone. This is not just a cleaning job — it is a leadership role. You will own the training process, deliver hands-on field sessions, and hold new hires accountable to our standards using a structured training manual and certification checklist. What You Will Do Client Work (Primary) Carry and maintain your own assigned roster of residential clients Deliver consistent, high-quality maintenance and deep cleans to Sparkling Emerald standards Complete all room-by-room checklists Training & Leadership Lead field training sessions with new hires during their onboarding period Teach and demonstrate the Sparkling Emerald cleaning method and hold new hires to it Walk new hires through proper product usage, caddy setup, staging, and time standards Conduct scored certification inspections using our New Hire Training Manual rubric Provide honest, constructive feedback to new hires and communicate readiness assessments to the owner Help refine and improve training materials over time as the team grows What We Are Looking For Minimum 2 years of professional residential cleaning experience Demonstrably high cleaning quality Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in your work Experience cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas to a professional standard Comfortable using products like Bar Keepers Friend, ZEP Degreaser, Easy Off, and standard cleaning solutions correctly and safely Patient and clear communicator — you can teach what you know Reliable, punctual, and professional on every job Comfortable using a phone app to log job notes (we use Jobber) Team player who genuinely wants to help others succeed What We Offer Competitive commission-based pay with a leadership premium for your training responsibilities Consistent schedule with a growing, stable client base A structured, supportive environment — we have built a real training system, not just winging it Room to grow as the company scales — this role has a path toward a permanent Quality Lead or Operations role A team that respects hard work and takes the craft seriously
