Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sanitation CIP (Clean-In-Place) Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our production equipment and facilities are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to meet strict safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial cleaning or janitorial work within manufacturing or food processing environments, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Duties Operate cleaning equipment and perform sanitation procedures on production lines and machinery following established protocols. Conduct routine inspections to ensure all surfaces, tanks, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. Follow detailed cleaning schedules and document all sanitation activities accurately. Use appropriate cleaning agents and chemicals safely, adhering to safety guidelines and regulations. Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to cleaning supplies or equipment as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the sanitation area, including storage of cleaning supplies and disposal of waste materials. Collaborate with production staff to coordinate cleaning schedules without disrupting operations. Qualifications Prior experience in industrial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles within manufacturing or food production environments preferred. Knowledge of sanitation procedures specific to food processing or manufacturing facilities. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks throughout the shift. Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, safety protocols, and proper handling practices. Strong attention to detail with a focus on hygiene standards and safety compliance. Good communication skills to work effectively with team members across departments. Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistent quality in sanitation practices.
