Cleaning Technician

Overview Cleaning company in North Chelmsford, MA is looking for a cleaner to join our team. We perform residential cleanings and some commercial cleanings. Come work with us! Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, bathrooms, kitchen, dusting/wiping surfaces, and common areas using appropriate tools and cleaning agents, making/changing beds, organizing. Regular and Deep Cleanings for Residential Cleanings and Office Cleanings; Follow established safety procedures and use personal protective equipment during all cleaning tasks; Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and supply usage for accountability and quality assurance. It is important that you live in Lowell or nearby, as you will need to pick up another team member who is also located in Lowell. Most of our customers are 30-45 minutes distance from Lowell. Our business is located in North Chelmsford, and you will come to our office once a week to pick up supplies and restock products for the week. Qualifications Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move continuously throughout the shift; Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness; Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours; No experience needed; we provide training; Willingness to work overtime; Willingness to work in a team or independently; You must have a valid driver's license and your own reliable car to drive between jobs.

Pay:

Cleaner with no car: Starting at $16/hour+ bonus per performance

• Cleaner with own car: Starting at $16/hour + $30/day for gas and vehicle maintenance assistance when driving your own car + bonus per performance
• 8+ hours per day, Monday to Friday; Referral Program (During hiring season); 5 days paid vacation per year; Tips are 100% for the employees.
• Bonus per performance: Some work days are shorter, some are longer.

Some routes are very close to each other, while others require more driving. Additional pay and bonuses are not based on the number of houses cleaned per day, but mainly on the overall value and profit generated for the company based on performance, efficiency, quality of work, customer satisfaction, and the type of jobs completed that day. This means that on some shorter or easier days, cleaners may still earn more depending on the profitability and overall performance of the schedule.
