Job Summary ThinkFast Cleaning Services is currently hiring Window Cleaning Technicians for both part-time and full-time positions. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team mindset. Experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or related trades such as painting, roofing, or gutter work is a plus, but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate. Schedule Part-time and full-time opportunities available 8-hour shifts No nights Flexible scheduling available Responsibilities Perform professional window cleaning on residential and commercial properties (up to 3 stories) Safely operate ladders and company equipment Maintain clean and organized job sites Communicate professionally and courteously with customers Follow company safety procedures and guidelines at all times Accurately complete job notes and work records Assist team members and perform other exterior cleaning tasks as needed Requirements Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Physically able to lift 40+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong attention to detail and communication skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Authorized to work in the U.S. Fluent in English Previous experience is preferred but not required Physical Requirements / Work Conditions Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work outdoors for extended periods Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops when necessary Exposure to changing weather conditions throughout the seasons

Compensation & Perks Base Pay:
