Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing all areas of residential homes. Handle laundry duties such as folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to promote a healthy living environment. Care for floors through specialized techniques like carpet cleaning and floor care to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, addressing their specific needs, and ensuring satisfaction. Manage janitorial responsibilities including waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained. Assist with housekeeper management tasks when needed, supporting the overall cleanliness and organization of the residence. Qualifications Prior experience in residential cleaning or custodial work is highly preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus. Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation procedures, and laundry handling. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely. Basic familiarity with janitorial equipment and supplies; certification in housekeeper management or related fields is advantageous.
