This isn't just light dusting—we need someone ready to handle the "heavy lifting" of our facility's cleanliness and upkeep during the quiet hours of 11 PM to 7 AM. As an Overnight Environmental Services Specialist , you will be responsible for ensuring our facility is pristine, safe, and ready for operation by sunrise.

Key Responsibilities Heavy-Duty Cleaning:

Operate industrial floor buffers, sweepers, and steam cleaners.

Facilities Maintenance:

Manage waste removal and transport heavy bins to disposal areas.

Deep Sanitation:

Perform intensive scrubbing and disinfection of high-traffic zones.

Security Mindset:

Maintain a vigilant presence during the overnight shift, ensuring all entry points are secure while performing duties.

Equipment Care:

Move and rearrange furniture or heavy equipment to ensure every corner is reached.

Requirements Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand, walk, and perform strenuous physical labor for the full 8-hour shift.

Strength:

Must be able to comfortably lift and carry up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.

Reliability:

Since this is an overnight role, punctuality and the ability to work independently without direct supervision are critical.

Experience:
