This role combines supervision with hands-on cleaning, ensuring all assigned accounts are completed and stepping in to cover any missed services. This is a great fit for someone reliable, flexible, and comfortable managing people while also working in the field.

Schedule:

Start time: 4:00/5:00 PM 20-25hrs per week Evening/Night shifts

What You'll Be Doing:

Supervise and support assigned janitorial associates (JAs) Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to company standards Step in as a backup cleaner for missed or uncovered accounts Perform cleaning duties: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal Monitor quality and report issues or concerns Manage supplies and basic equipment needs

What We're Looking For:

Prior cleaning experience required (supervisory experience is a plus) Strong reliability and accountability. Ability to work independently and lead a team. English is required. Reliable transportation required Willingness to commute across MA and NH Good with heavy travel Spanish (preferred, not required) Availability for evening shifts Legal Notice All pay rates are set to comply with state and federal wage laws, including minimum wage and overtime requirements.
