This position includes pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and exterior surface cleaning. No prior pressure washing experience is required — we provide hands-on training. Responsibilities Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces. Inspect work sites to determine the best cleaning methods and equipment needed for each task. Prepare surfaces by removing debris, loose paint, or other materials before pressure washing begins. Perform routine maintenance on pressure washers and related tools to ensure optimal performance. Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment to prevent accidents or injuries. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate schedules and clarify project requirements. Document completed work, including before-and-after photos and detailed reports of services provided. Qualifications Prior experience operating pressure washing equipment or similar power cleaning tools is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong attention to safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a clean work environment. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels. Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and understanding client needs.
