In this position, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch cleaning services across residential homes and commercial properties, ensuring environments are spotless, sanitized, and inviting. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create comfortable, hygienic spaces for clients, making a real difference in their daily lives. This paid role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your cleaning expertise while contributing to a positive community environment. We are looking for someone available early evenings. Most jobs start when the business closes for the day. We also are looking for a cleaner available on Sundays but the can discussed. After training hours average 20 hours a week, but all weeks are different depending on if help is required. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Maintain cleanliness of kitchens and bathrooms by disinfecting surfaces and appliances, including cooking areas when applicable Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously during visits Follow established janitorial and custodial procedures to uphold safety and quality standards Requirements Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is desirable but not a must. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Reliable transportation to access multiple job sites as needed is a must.
