Job Description

Responsible for the overall appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the building and grounds at the Public Library and additional Town buildings as assigned.
Duties:
Cleaning of all work areas, public access areas, restrooms, floors, and outside walkways Exterior clean-up and maintenance Trash collection, recycling, and disposal Snow and ice removal (including off-hours/nights/weekends) Minor repairs and maintenance; installation and removal of air conditioners Set up and cleaning of public meeting rooms Coordinating regular inspections of the elevator, heating system, and furnace with Public Works General knowledge of all plant operations—heating, air conditioning, elevator, electrical, and plumbing systems Additional duties as assigned by the
