A growing cleaning business is seeking reliable, detail-oriented cleaner / cleaning technician to support a high volume of residential / commercial, move out, turnover, deep cleaning, and post construction cleaning projects. The team currently has an abundance of work and is looking for dependable professionals who take pride in delivering excellent service.

Minimum Requirements:

• Eighteen (18) years of age
• No experience is necessary, this employer is willing to train qualified applicant
• Valid driver's license and transportation to travel to various worksites throughout Salem. Preferred (not required):
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience is a plus
• Bilingual in English /

Spanish Job Duties:

• Follow all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) safety protocols and reference safety data sheets
• Perform detailed interior cleaning including kitchens, bathrooms, dust, vacuum, mop and trash removal
• Complete move out, turnover, deep cleaning, and post construction cleaning
• Ensure all spaces meet quality and cleanliness standards
• Follow instructions for each job and maintain professionalism on-site
• Use time efficiently to complete tasks within expected timeframes
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Lift and maneuver cleaning supplies, equipment; windows up to fifty (50) pounds occasionally
• Repetitive cleaning tasks throughout shift
• Perform any other duties as assigned

• Will work on ladders up to 8 feet and be exposed to chemicals

Pay:

• $16.

50 to $30 per hour depending on experience and qualifications

Hours:

• Flexible scheduling available, with both part-time and full-time opportunities
• Training schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Weekend and swing shifts may be available after training; specific scheduling options can be discussed with the employer
