Day Porter

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Day Porter to maintain cleanliness and presentation throughout a large corporate office and manufacturing facility during business hours. This role is essential to ensuring a clean, safe, and professional environment for employees, visitors, and clients. This cleaning will be performed Monday through Friday from 7am - 3:30pm.

Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of multiple office areas throughout the facility Clean and restock restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors Clean and maintain break-rooms (tables, counters, sinks, appliances as needed) Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners Dust furniture, ledges, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces Vacuum carpeted areas and entryways Dry and wet mop hard surface floors as needed Spot clean glass, doors, and walls Monitor supplies and report low inventory to supervisor Respond to spills, messes, or urgent cleaning needs during the shift Follow all safety procedures and cleaning protocols

Qualifications:

Previous commercial or janitorial cleaning experience preferred Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and walking Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
