Starting pay is $20.00 per hour. If you are hired, you will be enrolled in our training program with the goal of getting you to $23.40/hr within 6 months, and preparing you for the Boston and State License exams. Job Description This full-time position entails hands-on work such as cleaning of commercial kitchen hoods, HVAC, and dryer systems. Our services are expanding and our service team is seeking new technicians to go out and perform the onsite services for our clients. Crews travel to clients establishment's in company vehicles. All candidates must have a current driver's license in good standing to be considered for employment. We are looking for friendly professionals who don't mind getting dirty and rolling up their sleeves. Because customer satisfaction is our top priority, we value team players with a sharp eye for detail. Compensation and Benefits:

Base compensation ranges from $20 to $26 an hour based on experiences and licenses. CVI provides training and sets up testing for any employee who wishes to become a certified kitchen exhaust inspector and cleaner. Overtime work including weekends is available for those who are qualified and wish to work. Pays onsite, travel and overtime with a minimum 40 hour work week. Benefits package includes 401K with match, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, vacation, holidays, sick time, and uniforms as specified in our Employee Handbook. Training for career advancement Qualifications Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer. Valid Driver's License in good standing and good RMV driving record. Ability to pass a Drug test upon hire. Ability to pass a background check upon hire. Professional customer interactions. Must have a good attendance history. Proficient with modern smartphones and tablets. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Hood cleaning experience preferred. Duct cleaning experience preferred. Must communicate well in English, both verbal and written.
