Well Done Services, Inc. is an established (35 years) commercial janitorial and building maintenance services company. Our team members enjoy steady work, consistent schedules and gas reimbursements. Come join one of the most professional office cleaning companies in the business. We currently have an opening for a Part Time Evening Office Cleaner as follows: 1. Part Time Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings, 3 nights per week in the Woburn, MA area. Start time is 6:00 p.m. for 8 - 12 hours weekly.
Office Cleaner Responsibilities Include:
Sweeping, vacuuming and/or mopping all floors Dusting/wiping down surfaces and glass Emptying trash bins Cleaning restrooms, kitchens and break rooms Taking inventory of supply closets
Office Cleaner Skills Include:
Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery used in cleaning Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team Organizational skills a must Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
Office Cleaner Requirements Include:
1. You must be a U.S. citizen or have proper documentation to work in the United States 2. Be a minimum of 18 years old 3. Have a valid drivers license and operate your own motor vehicle 4. Cannot currently own your own cleaning company or work for another cleaning company 5. You must complete a background check and drug test upon accepting an offer of employment 6. Applicants with one (1) or more years of commercial cleaning experience are preferred.

-There is no smoking allowed on job sites. -This is NOT a seasonal position
