This is a contractor position (1099). Work is assigned based on customer demand, location, and availability. Specific jobs are not guaranteed, but we consistently market and generate new cleaning opportunities throughout our service areas. We are looking for professionals interested in long-term contract opportunities in: Same-day cleanings Deep cleanings Airbnb turnovers Move-out cleanings Office cleaning Full house cleanouts What You Should Know This is independent contractor work You choose jobs based on availability Jobs may vary week to week depending on service demand We provide recurring leads through active advertising and customer acquisition Payment terms may include same-day, weekly, Net 15, or Net 30 depending on job type Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial cleaning assignments Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and detail assigned areas Clean bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and vacant units Report property issues or damage when observed Follow customer-specific instructions Maintain professionalism on-site Use safe handling procedures with cleaning chemicals and tools Requirements Must have reliable transportation (public transportation is not considered reliable transportation) Smartphone with active service Ability to accept electronic payment Cleaning supplies required Must be punctual and communicative Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs Must present professionally to customers Required Supplies Vacuum Mop Broom Cleaning cloths All-purpose cleaner Glass cleaner Preferred Experience Previous professional cleaning experience preferred in: Residential cleaning Apartment turnovers Airbnb Office cleaning Property management turnovers We're growing aggressively across Maryland and building a dependable contractor network for 2026.
