Custodial Technician - Baltimore

FDSS is seeking a detail-oriented Custodial Technician to join our team supporting our customer in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position is well-suited for individuals who take pride in cleanliness, safety, and reliability. ! PM Afternoon/Evening Shift:

1:30 PM•10:00

PM Pay Rate:

$16.80 an hour Qualifications Ability to pass background checks and registry screenings Commitment to a drug-free workplace Reliable attendance and punctuality Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required Dress Code Khaki pants or clean jeans (no rips or tears) Solid-colored shirt with no logos or patterns Closed-toe shoes required (no Crocs or open-toed footwear) Company-issued logo smock required while on site Responsibilities Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, offices, hallways, stairwells, and common areas Clean and disinfect restrooms and high-touch surfaces daily Empty trash and recycling and dispose of materials properly Dust surfaces and clean windows, glass, and fixtures Strip, wax, buff, and maintain floors as required Restock janitorial supplies in restrooms and closets Assist with light groundskeeping and snow removal as needed Report on maintenance or safety concerns to supervision Perform additional custodial duties assigned Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, climb stairs or ladders Ability to follow safety procedures and communicate effectively Apply today to be a part of the difference!
