Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and dependable Residential / Commercial Cleaners to join our growing team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in a variety of spaces. Ideal candidates are punctual, trustworthy, and take pride in delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and restroom sanitation. Ensure all work areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards. Handle specialized cleaning tasks as required, such as post-construction cleaning or event cleanup. Follow safety protocols and use cleaning products and equipment responsibly. Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly. Work independently or as part of a crew to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
Prior commercial or janitorial cleaning experience preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks. Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
Compensation:
