The Evening Porter will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. This position involves custodial duties, including industrial and commercial cleaning, ensuring that all areas are well-maintained and presentable for employees and visitors alike. 3 Different Medical Offices In same strip mall - Bathrooms, Pulling trash vacuum and mop daily
Hours:
5-9:00
PM Pay:
$300/Week Duties Perform custodial tasks to keep the facility clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Conduct industrial cleaning of various surfaces and equipment as needed. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and break rooms by regularly restocking supplies and performing deep cleaning tasks. Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management. Support residential painting projects as required, ensuring all areas are properly prepared and finished. Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Requirements Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to maintaining facilities. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day, including lifting and moving equipment or supplies as necessary.
