What You'll Do:

Perform residential & low-rise commercial window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, and pressure washing. Work across Maryland and Southern PA at various job sites. Start your day between 8-9 AM , with end times varying based on job size and location.

Typical workweek:

Monday

• Friday, 25-30 hours per week . Climb ladders (6-35 ft.) , so being comfortable with heights is essential. Learn and apply proper cleaning techniques
• we'll train you!

Handle equipment such as pressure washers (mechanical knowledge is a plus!).

What We're Looking For:

Reliable & Punctual

• Our small team depends on each other to get the job done. Physically Capable
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. , work in hot and cold conditions . Professional & Personable
• You'll be entering customers' homes and properties, so trustworthiness and a clean, presentable appearance are a must. Drug-Free & Responsible
• Frequent absences, tardiness, or transportation issues won't be tolerated. Experience Preferred but Not Required
• Prior experience with ladders, construction, or pressure washing is a bonus, but we're happy to train the right person!
