Outdoor Cleaner/Power Washer Tech- Now Hiring in Gambrills, MD!!

ESCFederal is seeking dependable, motivated, ambitious individuals to join our rapidly growing TEAM in Gambrills, MD !!

Responsibilities include:

Clean the internal hardscape, seating areas and external walkways Perform cleaning of the truck courts Operate and maintain press washer machine Observe and perform safety precautions at all times, utilize proper safety signage Report any safety hazards for proper action Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures Pan/broom sweeping and mopping Disinfecting/sanitizing of restrooms Disinfecting/sanitizing/patrolling of common areas Wiping down door handles/railings/high touch areas Trash removal Other cleaning tasks that may be assigned

Requirements:

Must be confortable working outdoors Must have a valid driver license and pass MVR check Must be able to walk and/or stand for up to four hours at a time minimum Must be able to perform all required duties of the position Must be able to use hand tools and facilities equipment Knowledge and experience with trailer mounted Pressure Washer (preferred) Able to work independently, exercise creativity, attentive to detail and maintain a positive attitude High School Diploma or equivalent Able to communicate effectively both orally and written Must have reliable transportation.

Part Time:

Sunday to Thursday 6am-10am to enjoy a competitive pay and the opportunity to join a great team!
