Responsibilities Perform detailed cleaning and sanitation of production areas, equipment, and facilities using industrial cleaning tools and chemicals. Follow strict sanitation protocols to meet food safety standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct routine janitorial tasks including sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, and waste removal to maintain a pristine environment. Assist with heavy lifting and moving supplies or equipment as needed to support cleaning operations. Collaborate with production teams to schedule cleaning activities that minimize disruption to manufacturing processes. Document sanitation activities accurately in logs and reports for compliance purposes. Maintain safety standards by using personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly and adhering to all safety guidelines during cleaning procedures. Qualifications Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks throughout the shift. Experience with commercial cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, floor scrubbers, or steam cleaners is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
