The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the event venue, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Sanitize and disinfect surfaces, restrooms, and common areas to maintain hygiene standards. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed. Assist with special cleaning projects as directed. Qualifications Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good physical stamina; must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods. Excellent time management skills and reliability in attendance. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if necessary.
