The House Cleaner is responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure residential homes are tidy, sanitary, and aesthetically pleasing. This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality service to clients. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks in residential settings, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces. Clean and sanitize bathrooms (tubs, showers, toilets, counters, and mirrors). Clean and sanitize kitchen areas (sinks, countertops, exterior of appliances, and cabinet fronts). Change linens and make beds as required. Empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly. Monitor and maintain an adequate supply of cleaning products and tools. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or necessary repairs observed during cleaning. Adhere to all safety guidelines regarding the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently throughout the shift. Ability to work in a variety of indoor conditions, including exposure to cleaning solutions and varying temperatures. Manual skills required to handle and operate cleaning equipment and tools

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment. Familiarity with safety standards and handling guidelines for various cleaning products. High level of integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting quality standards. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must have reliable transportation to travel between client homes.
