Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitation of various surfaces and areas. Handle specialized cleaning duties such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance using appropriate equipment and techniques. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in residential homes, offices, hotels, and other commercial spaces. Manage laundry duties as needed, including washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously. Follow safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for yourself and clients. Assist with custodial responsibilities such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment. Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently. Familiarity with sanitation standards and janitorial supplies.
