Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items. Maintain floor care by applying appropriate techniques for carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and performing routine maintenance to keep surfaces spotless. Ensure all sanitation standards are met by properly disposing of waste and using cleaning chemicals safely and effectively. Provide friendly customer service by addressing client needs and responding promptly to special requests or concerns. Assist with janitorial tasks such as restocking supplies, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas. Support housekeeping management in adhering to safety protocols and maintaining detailed cleaning schedules. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning roles such as custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable. Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures. Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform repetitive tasks comfortably.
