Job Description

NEXTGUEST LLC
is a professional Airbnb and apartment turnover cleaning company serving Montgomery County, Maryland. We are growing fast and looking for reliable independent cleaners to join our team.
What we offer:
$25-$28 per hour — above market rate Flexible schedule — you set your availability Consistent work during peak Airbnb season Quick same-day jobs — most cleans are 2-4 hours Work independently with no micromanagement What we need: Your own cleaning supplies and equipment Reliable transportation Willingness to pass a background check Available on short notice for same-day turnovers Professional, reliable, and detail oriented This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You choose your availability and we match you with jobs in your area.
