Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the facility, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks while adhering to established safety protocols. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Conduct industrial cleaning duties as required, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards. Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored. Follow safety guidelines while performing all cleaning duties to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required. Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and maintenance, is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Good communication skills and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
