as a Residential Cleaner in Montgomery County, MD, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our clients' homes. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating inviting spaces. This is a Part-Time position that may turn into full time. Must be on call to clean units.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. Ensure all areas are sanitized and organized to meet our high standards. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good condition. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning tasks. Work efficiently and independently, managing time effectively to complete tasks. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience in residential cleaning or related fields is preferred. Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift equipment as needed. Reliable transportation to travel to various client locations. Willingness to undergo background checks and adhere to company policies.
