Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the rental property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas. Perform detailed floor care, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness. Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens, towels, and guest supplies. Restock essential amenities like toiletries, cleaning supplies, and kitchen essentials to ensure guest comfort. Conduct inspections to verify that each property meets cleanliness standards before guest check-in. Maintain high standards of sanitation by adhering to health guidelines and safety protocols. Handle minor maintenance tasks or report issues requiring professional repair to ensure properties remain in top condition. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including sanitation practices and floor care. Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward guests and property owners. Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and products is preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
