Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning & disinfecting of office spaces, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance Clean carpets using specialized equipment to remove stains and dirt, ensuring a fresh environment Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass partitions, and other surfaces for a clear, professional look Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash bags to ensure continuous availability Follow health and safety protocols diligently to promote a safe working environment for all staff and visitors Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or environmental services settings is highly preferred Familiarity with cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, buffing, and environmental sanitation practices Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers and carpet extractors effectively Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific cleaning procedures accurately Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours This role is paid and offers an engaging opportunity for motivated individuals passionate about maintaining clean and welcoming commercial environments.
