Job Description
3x a week Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Maybe 2 hours of work Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks to ensure all areas are hygienic, organized, and well-maintained. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating a positive experience for employees, visitors, and clients alike. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with janitorial or custodial experience who take pride in their work and enjoy maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping and proper floor care techniques to ensure a professional appearance Clean restrooms, break rooms, and common areas according to health and safety standards Use commercial cleaning equipment Restock supplies like paper towels, soap dispensers, and cleaning products as needed Conduct periodic industrial cleaning tasks including window washing and deep cleaning of high-touch surfaces Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting larger issues to the appropriate team Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with knowledge of custodial procedures Strong understanding of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently and safely Experience with facilities maintenance or basic repair work is a plus Excellent attention to detail to ensure thorough cleanliness in all areas Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods Join our team to help create a pristine environment that promotes safety, comfort, and professionalism!
