Cleaning Crew Member

Job Summary Join our dynamic cleaning team as a Cleaning Crew Member and be a vital part of maintaining pristine, safe, and welcoming environments for homeowners, offices, professional facilities, post construction homes, Airbnbs and other private properties in the DMV area. This energetic role, you will be responsible for performing thorough cleaning and custodial tasks across various facilities, ensuring spaces are spotless, organized, and well-maintained. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to creating a positive experience for our company. This contract position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in the residential, commercial and industrial cleaning while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Perform routine deep and regular cleaning duties including wiping, scrubbing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in residential, commercial and private spaces, including bedroom, living rooms kitchen, restrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, mops dusters and carpet cleaners to ensure optimal floor care and maintenance Assist with specialized cleaning tasks like window cleaning, deep cleaning of carpets or upholstery, and industrial cleaning projects Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment during all cleaning activities Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for quick resolution Support residential, commercial and private properties maintenance tasks when needed. Qualifications Prior cleaning or custodial experience preferred; experience with residential, commercial or industrial cleaning is a plus Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors Familiarity with cleaning home, office, commercial or private properties and safety procedures Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleanliness Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Join us as a Cleaning Crew Member and help us deliver great and quality services to our valued customers.
