Overview Join our dynamic team as a Building and Grounds Staff member, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our facilities safe, clean, and welcoming. Execute industrial cleaning tasks in storage areas or specialized zones using appropriate equipment and safety procedures. Support general facilities maintenance including minor repairs, light plumbing work, and equipment upkeep. Ensure all cleaning supplies and tools are properly stored, maintained, and used efficiently. Maintain grounds-mowing, trimming, edging, litter pickup, leaf cleanup, and related seasonal work. Requirements Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery.
