Join Our Team:
Part-Time Custodian in Bath! Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and looking for a consistent part-time role that makes a real difference in your community? Midcoast Maine Community Action (MMCA) is looking for you! Help us keep our space safe, clean, and welcoming for our clients and staff.
The Perks:
Schedule:
25-28 hours per week
Flexibility:
Perfect for early birds or night owls (shifts are early morning or after hours)
What You'll Do:
Keep our restrooms, offices, and common areas sparkling. Manage trash/recycling and keep supplies stocked. Work independently to ensure the building is secure and ready for the day.

Reliability:
Someone we can trust to get the job done right.
Independence:
You're a self-starter who follows protocols with care.
Experience:
Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but a great attitude is a must!
    Note:
    This position is not eligible for benefits. Prior to starting employment, must be able to pass criminal background, child protective services, sex offender registry, and motor vehicle record checks. Ready to apply?
