as a Commercial Cleaning Technician in Belfast, ME, where you will play a vital role in maintaining pristine environments for our clients. We are committed to delivering eco-friendly cleaning solutions to ensure safe and healthy spaces. If you have a passion for cleanliness and attention to detail, we want you on our team! This is a 40-hour-a-week position.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial spaces, including offices, retail locations, and facilities. Utilize eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment to ensure a safe environment. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Sanitize restrooms and kitchens to ensure all areas comply with health regulations. Inspect and restock cleaning supplies as needed to maintain inventory. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Work independently or as part of a team to complete cleaning assignments efficiently. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, with a focus on eco-friendly options. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently. Must be physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving equipment. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred. Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
