Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various facilities. Your energy and dedication will ensure that spaces are hygienic, organized, and visually appealing for everyone who enters. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential, commercial, or hospitality spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas by using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items. Conduct floor care activities including carpet cleaning, polishing floors, and applying protective coatings as needed. Ensure all janitorial supplies are stocked and properly stored; notify management when supplies need replenishing. Assist with basic cooking tasks or food preparation in hospitality settings when required. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally while maintaining a friendly attitude. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial roles; hotel or residential cleaning experience is highly valued. Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Familiarity with floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, and bending frequently. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent communication skills with a friendly approach to customer service. Previous experience in laundry services or housekeeping management is a plus; commercial cleaning or hotel experience is desirable.
