Commercial Cleaner (Mobile, Night)

Job description About Us Clean One Janitorial is a locally owned commercial cleaning company with over 30 years of experience serving businesses throughout Southern Maine. We're known for quality, dependability, and a strong connection to our team and community. The Role We're hiring a Cleaner who will work approximately 4 -6 hours/week performing cleaning services . Note would be at night. This is a hands-on role for someone who's organized, dependable, and ready to help the business grow. This is specifically servicing two accounts in Oxford and Bridgton. Currently we go there bi-weekly one account would take about 3-4 hours and the other about 2 hours. This is an independent role with flexibility. We would track hours but you would be paid a flat rate of $600 per month - noting that doing the job well is a priority and if there is an issue you will be asked to go back and fix anything that was missed. All in all, if you do a solid job this is a great way to make a little extra money.

What You'll Do:

Cleaning Clean assigned commercial accounts / Maintain a working knowledge of all accounts in your assigned area. Set the standard for quality and professionalism The list of responsibilities is not complete and though it should encompass what is needed, it should be considered examples of what is needed. Compensation F lat rate per month based on the accounts you serve and the frequency that we serve them. Hours are still tracked to ensure compliance. Hours should equal about 12 hours a month with one person with the current schedule - flat rate with one person working will be $600. What We're Looking For Experience in commercial cleaning, residential cleaning and/or team leadership Strong communication and time management skills People person who can also work alone. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work independently and take initiative Willingness to perform hands-on cleaning as needed Schedule Flexible hours, cleaning work is mostly done at night/early evening (there are some exceptions)

Schedule:

Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Night shift Application Question(s): This role is mobile and requires driving to accounts in Oxford and surrounding areas. Applicant must have reliable transportation, a good driving record and the ability to hold some equipment (vacuum, mop bucket etc). Do you understand these requirements It will be your responsibility to coordinate meetups if more than one person is needed at a job.
