Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, referral bonus We're looking for an experienced Pressure Washing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate has expertise in operating high-pressure washing systems of various sizes and performing routine and advanced maintenance — including inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment issues. This role requires someone proactive who can keep all equipment in excellent working condition while maintaining high standards for cleanliness and graffiti removal in the district. The primary focus of the role is graffiti removal and cleaning, with other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Pressure Washing & Graffiti Cleaning Operate pressure washer machinery to clean surfaces, including heavily soiled areas and graffiti removal Inspect cleaned surfaces to ensure they are free of dirt, debris, and graffiti before moving on Identify, report, and correct conditions impacting the district, ensuring the area remains clean and welcoming Apply paint to various surfaces for graffiti abatement Maintain Equipment Conduct equipment inspections at the start and end of each shift — confirm water supply, pressure levels, and functionality, and address any issues immediately Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on pressure washing systems of varying sizes, including inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment issues Maintain and store all pressure washing equipment, painting equipment, and various materials appropriately after use, following all safety protocols
General Responsibilities:
Notify the supervisor or manager of spills, large debris, or areas requiring special attention Document time, location, and tasks performed during your shift in Daily Activity Reports Assist with other cleaning ambassador duties as directed by Supervisor
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You're mechanically inclined, solutions-oriented, and genuinely invested in keeping the community clean and welcoming. If you're dependable, self-motivated, and like seeing the results of your work every shift, we want to hear from you. Requirements Minimum 2 years of pressure washing experience, including operating high-pressure equipment Proven ability to inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment issues High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Physical ability to stand for extended periods and walk several miles during an 8-hour shift Lift at least 35 lbs Work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment
