Part Time Cleaner

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including commercial and residential spaces. This role requires a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Duties Perform industrial cleaning tasks in various settings, ensuring all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained. Execute custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting surfaces. Conduct commercial cleaning activities, adhering to established protocols for safety and sanitation. Assist with residential painting as needed, ensuring surfaces are prepared and finished to a high standard. Act as a porter, managing waste disposal and maintaining cleanliness in common areas. Maintain floor care through regular cleaning, buffing, and polishing to enhance appearance and longevity. Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly. Skills Proven experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively. Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment operation is advantageous. Familiarity with residential painting processes is a plus. Ability to maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas while ensuring minimal disruption. Excellent time management skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
