Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential, commercial, or hospitality spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly Execute specialized floor care procedures such as carpet cleaning, waxing, buffing, and polishing to keep surfaces looking their best Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items as needed Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and maintained properly for optimal performance Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a sanitized environment Requirements Proven experience in janitorial services, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable Familiarity with cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and commercial cleaning procedures Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling comfortably Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness standards Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude towards clients and team members Basic knowledge of laundry processes and equipment operation is advantageous Prior experience in customer service roles enhances your ability to meet client expectations Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly impact the comfort and safety of others!
