Airbnb / VRBO Turnover Cleaner

Black River Management is looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to help manage short and medium-term rental properties throughout Metro Detroit. This is not standard hotel housekeeping. Our cleaners help prepare Airbnb and VRBO properties for incoming guests by making sure every home is clean, stocked, and guest-ready between stays. We are looking for dependable people who take pride in their work, communicate well, and can work independently. Pay $25-$35 per hour based on experience, reliability, and quality of work. Job Type Part-TimeFlexible Schedule Responsibilities Full turnover cleaning between guest stays Making beds and staging rooms to company standards Restocking supplies and reporting low inventory Checking properties for damage or maintenance issues Taking basic photos after cleanings when requested Following detailed cleaning checklists Ensuring properties are guest-ready before check-in times Requirements Reliable transportation Smartphone with ability to communicate by text/app Ability to work weekends and some holidays Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Previous cleaning or Airbnb turnover experience preferred but not required About Us Black River Management is a family-owned property management company specializing in Airbnb, VRBO, and medium-term rental properties throughout Southeast Michigan.
