Details About The Job:

• This is a residential & commercial cleaning job. All of our staff are cross trained to be able to do both types of accounts.
• Maintain all equipment and supplies so they are clean, sanitized, and in a safe and operable condition.
• Restock your cleaning caddy and supplies as needed to perform the daily cleaning job.
• Sweep entryway inside and out, dust and remove cobwebs, remove fingerprints and soil from doors and glass, vacuum mats, mop floors, clean baseboards, ceiling fans, etc.
• Straighten furniture and make sure everything is in a detailed form.
• Empty all trash cans, replace liners, and clean receptacles as needed.
• Dust horizontal and vertical surfaces.
• Clean table tops, countertops, sinks, microwaves, and refrigerators.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop all floor surfaces.
• Clean up spills on floors and carpets as necessary (except bodily fluids or animal urine/feces).
• Perform other duties as requested or required by management.
• Follow and complete the checklist to ensure all areas are clean and organized.

Requirements:

• Drivers License
• Own transportation not shared with anyone else
• Must be able to work days from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, approximately 35-40 hrs/week.
• The position may require the employee to travel to more than one client location.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position and is monitored closely
• Must be able to lift and move objects up to 30 lbs.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Moderate physical activities may include pulling, pushing, lifting, reaching, bending, and repetitive movements. Demonstrated skill and proficiency with cleaning equipment. Use of cleaning products, which require the use of protective gloves and eyewear. Safety is of the utmost importance. Cleaning Technicians must work in a way that complies with all safety regulations required by Calico Cleaning LLC and OSHA.
