Position Summary We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Janitors to serve at AlmontSchools . In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for students, faculty, and staff. Available Shifts We are currently hiring for: Evening Shift (2:30pm - 11:00pm) Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview process. Candidates must be reliable and available for their assigned shift consistently. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and scheduled cleaning tasks in classrooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces according to company standards Ensure restrooms are fully sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies Empty trash and recycling and manage waste disposal properly Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies; report shortages promptly Support floor care and periodic deep cleaning projects as needed Safely operate cleaning equipment and handle chemicals according to safety guidelines Follow all school policies, safety procedures, and C&C Cleaning Services protocols Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and school personnel Represent C&C Cleaning Services with professionalism and integrity What We're Looking For Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning (preferred) Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and equipment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks efficiently Understanding of safety practices related to cleaning chemicals and equipment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs Comfortable performing repetitive cleaning tasks Ability to work in a school environment during assigned hours Compensation & Benefits Full-Time Position Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Training Employee Referral Program Stable, consistent work environment Why Join C&C Cleaning Services?
