Job Description:
The Janitor will be responsible for cleaning the assigned area per client requirements and or instructions from D Squared Facilities Management staff. This person will be responsible for keeping the assigned area clean, sanitized and organized to meet client requirements. The Janitor will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment in accordance with all OSHA regulations.
Other key duties include:
  • Empty trash cans and recycling cans
  • Clean restrooms according to all standards set by the client
  • Sweep and mopping floors throughout the facility as needed
  • Assisting in storage areas as needed
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to work in a team environment as well as on your own
  • Ability to make independent decisions
  • Follow written and verbal directions
  • Must be able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude toward your co-workers and management
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.

$16.00 HR Physical setting: Warehouse / Factory /
Office Schedule:
Monday to Friday 1:00pm-8:00pm Weekends
  • Saturday Rotation Ability to commute/relocate:
Chelsea, MI:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Shift availability: 2nd
