Job Description
Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Porter to join our dynamic service team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our facilities. Your proactive approach will ensure a welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and clients alike. Duties Greet customers in the service lane, welcome them and guide them to the service writer. Move vehicles to service parking/retrieve vehicles for technicans Maintain a clean work enviornment Retrive customer vehicles for delivery, ensure that they are clean and free of shop residue.(ie: paper,plastic, smudge marks, etc Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across various areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Assist with light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, repairing fixtures, and minor repairs to ensure facilities are in optimal condition Clean vehicle as needed, inside and out. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas and ensure pathways are clear and safe for all users, trash removal,weeding, sweeping, shoveling, snow brooming, etc... Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Flexibility to adapt to various cleaning schedules and maintenance needs as they arise Join us in creating a clean, safe environment where everyone feels welcome!
